Residential Pest Control Packages
Every AJ Southwest pest control package includes an initial inspection and treatment, followed by service trips every three months. We offer three excellent options.
1. All Natural Pest Control Package
This package protects against roaches, crickets, earwigs, millipedes, pill bugs, firebrat, centipedes, and silver fish. Sweet sugar ants, fire ants, pharaoh ants, and rodents inside the house are also covered in this package. Since all-natural products are used during service, we do not include control of spiders or scorpions.
During the initial inspection and treatment, we treat the inside of your house thoroughly, including the garage. We also dust and bait the attic, window tracks, and plumbing voids. The perimeter of your house is sprayed and treated, including dusting and baiting the weep holes and plumbing penetrations.
Every three months after the initial treatment, we’ll dust and bait your exterior weep holes and plumbing penetrations. We also spray the perimeter.
With our quarterly service, we will be happy to treat the inside of your home any time you request. Quarterly service also carries a 90-day guarantee, so you’re always covered. To fit your needs, we offer the following packages.

2. Special Package for Homes with Pest Control Tubes Installed in the Walls
If you have pest control tubes in your home, let AJ Southwest treat your home affordably and conveniently. This package protects against roaches, crickets, earwigs, millipedes, pill bugs, firebrats, spiders, centipedes, and silver fish. The quarterly package also protects against sweet sugar ants, fire ants, pharaoh ants, scorpions, and rodents.

Quarterly Service - $69.00

3. Platinum Pest Control Service
AJ Southwest’s Platinum Service is an all-inclusive pest control package customized just for your needs. We’ll inspect your home, and together we’ll come up with a plan that makes sense for you. Many of our Platinum Service customers add fire ant control to our All-Natural Package.
The Platinum Package can combine any or all of the following services.
